Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap recently shared a surprising story about a stranger entering his house uninvited. While promoting his new series, “Bad Cop,” Anurag recounted this unusual experience during an interview with comedian Samay Raina.

The Unexpected Encounter

Anurag Kashyap explained that one day, a stranger rang his doorbell. When Anurag opened the door, the man walked right into his house and asked him to read his script. Anurag, taken aback, asked the man, “Who are you?”

The stranger kept insisting that Anurag read his script, even mentioning that his father had passed away. Anurag expressed his condolences but firmly told the man, “That doesn’t mean I have to read your script.”

Handling the Situation

Anurag admitted he was quite rude to the stranger and eventually had to throw him out of his house. He mentioned that such incidents are not uncommon for him, saying, “These things keep on happening with me.”

Anurag was sharing this story while promoting “Bad Cop” alongside co-star Gulshan Devaiah on Samay Raina’s show, Trash Talk with Samay.

A Previous Incident with Naseeruddin Shah

A few days before this interview, Anurag revealed another interesting story about veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah. Shah was upset with Anurag when he left his play to pursue a career in Bollywood. Anurag’s big break came as a co-dialogue writer for the 1998 film “Satya.”
