A former stripper has shared a startling truth that might concern many future brides. Hayley Davies, an Australian who now lives in the US, revealed that her time working in a strip club changed how she sees relationships and trust.
Hayley, 25, said that the club she worked at hosted many stag parties, known as bucks parties in Australia. During these events, she noticed some troubling behavior from the grooms-to-be. Part of her job included using foam in her performances, and after her act, she would take the men to a separate room to clean them up. Shockingly, she found that around 80 percent of the men, including the grooms, would try to make a move on her.
“I worked in a strip club that often had bachelor parties, and most of the grooms and their friends would at least try to kiss you,” Hayley explained.
She mentioned that while there’s nothing wrong with men visiting strip clubs if their partners are okay with it, many men seem to use it as an excuse to cheat.
Hayley added, “I think men who cheat don’t see strippers as real people. It’s like a fantasy, and they think it doesn’t count. You can tell by the way they talk about you.”
Though she doesn’t like that these men are willing to cheat right before their weddings, Hayley believes it’s not her responsibility if they do. “If they’re going to cheat, they’re going to cheat. I don’t like it, but I’m going to take their money. It’s their choice,” she said.
She expressed that it’s upsetting and “scary” how normal it is for men to cheat at their stag parties.
Hayley also shared that it’s tough to know which men are truly loyal. Even those who seem faithful and aren’t as typically attractive can be just as likely to cheat. “The men who cheat are always the ones you least expect. No one is safe,” she said.
Even after getting married, some men still seem ready to cheat. Hayley revealed, “You wouldn’t believe how many newly married men’s numbers I have in my phone.”
These experiences have deeply affected her views on love and relationships. “I don’t really date anymore, but seeing how often men cheat has definitely changed my thoughts on monogamous relationships,” Hayley concluded.
