Hrithik Roshan’s diet is as disciplined as his workout routine. Preparing for “Fighter,” he followed a bodybuilding-style diet, eating six to seven meals a day. His meals primarily consisted of single-form ingredients like chicken, egg whites, whey protein, fish, oats, quinoa, rice, and sweet potatoes. When solid foods were hard to consume, he opted for shakes.

Hrithik’s chef, Shubham Vishwakarma, added creative touches to his meals, like making an egg white burger with chicken breast, using fluffy egg whites as the bun. This made the otherwise monotonous diet more interesting and flavorful.

In an interview, Hrithik mentioned his “crazy diet” during disciplined phases. He starts his day with six egg whites and avocado, followed by set meals containing 70 grams of protein, salads, and veggies. He adjusts his diet based on his weight and appearance. When not on a strict diet, he enjoys whatever he wants, including fruits like bananas, mangoes, apples, and watermelons. His favorite vegetable is sweet potato, and he enjoys both raw and cooked veggies. For desserts, he is not picky and likes all kinds.
