Payal Malik, recently eliminated from Bigg Boss OTT, has made a significant personal announcement regarding her marriage. In a heartfelt vlog shared on Thursday, she expressed her decision to divorce her husband, Armaan Malik, citing the overwhelming negativity and criticism her family has faced.
“I am done with the drama and hate,” Payal stated candidly. “When it was just about me, I could handle it. But now, my children are receiving hate, which is shocking and disgusting.”
Explaining her decision further, Payal emphasized, “I cannot tolerate this level of scrutiny and criticism of our unconventional marital situation any longer. Either we all separate, or some of us do, or I will step away from the situation entirely.”
She acknowledged the impact on her children, stating firmly, “Our children cannot be subjected to this. No parent should have to endure this level of hatred.”
While asserting her decision, Payal also mentioned that she would discuss the matter with Armaan and Kritika once they exit the Bigg Boss house.
